ORDER
In pursuance of instruction No. 7/2006, dated 10-10-2006 by CBDT
in F. No. 133/38/2006-TPL, the following officers are designated
as Nodal Officers for receiving / collecting / storage of the
paper returns in respect of e-returns filed during the year
2006-07 for Mumbai Region:

ITO I (I)(I),
Mumbai (Aayakar Bhavan, Mumbai)
-
ITO (CO)
Cash, Mumbai (Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai).
For sake of clarity and convenience of the tax payers, ITO
1(1)(1) will receive the paper returns in respect of the
e-returns submitted in Aayakar Bhavan and for the rest of the
offices ITO (CO) is incharge of receiving such returns.
It is further ordered that the officers, including Assessing
Officers in possession of the paper returns in respect of
e-returns received till date may handover such returns to the
above designated officers, respectively under acknowledgement.
This order is with immediate effect and until further orders.
